Grimaldi's Pizzeria - Lexington

I was not impressed at all. I was informed that the kitchen didn't turn on the ovens until 4:00 PM, and the service was lacking, particularly in terms of attitude and tone; it felt as though the staff didn't want to be there. The atmosphere was mediocre, and the place wasn't crowded at all. Additionally, it was quite pricey for a pizza place. I'm not sure if we'll return anytime soon. On the positive side, the food itself was good. As for kid-friendliness, it didn't seem very accommodating for children.

The service is bilingual and comfortable, but the food did not meet my expectations in terms of quality and price.

I had the unfortunate experience of trying one of the worst pizzas I've ever encountered, both in appearance and taste. My dad even remarked that they would be better off serving Red Baron pizzas. It was grossly overpriced and a real disappointment for the local dining scene. It truly added to an already tough day. Essentially, it felt like stale crackers topped with cheap ketchup.

They sat us at a table and never came back. Not even for drinks. There was hair all over the empty plates we received with our menus. After 23 minutes it occurred to us that they had just left us to die so we left. I enjoyed this place 5 years ago and was excited to bring the wife. I would have given the service more than 1 star, but never received any.

Pizza was burned and came out cold which was weird. Service was mediocre at best. Definitely overpriced for the quality of food and service.
