Giuseppe's Italiano - Lexington

The service has always been friendly and very accommodating I have been twice now and both times the waiter has been excellent and the food absolutely delicious along with the light jazz and low lighting making the atmosphere as actractive as the food. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a great Italian dinner.

Whenever I 'm at home I always like to recommend different places to my husband who is from St. Louis, home of the infamous 'The Hill '. An area known around the world for the best Italian food. We searched for a great steak house, but I remembered the best kept hideaway I had the pleasure of experiencing with a close friend while home visiting over 20yrs ago, Giuseppe 's; we were both pleasantly pleased.

Last night was our first time eating at Giuseppe’s. It was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary! The waitress was great, atmosphere was perfect the food was delicious! I had the pan seared sea scallops it was even better than expected. We will definitely be back.

It’s been years since I was at Giuseppe’s and it is just a good now as it was then!! I highly recommend eating here. We went for our anniversary and they treated us wonderfully. Surf and Turf steak, shrimp, and lobster served with Zucchinni and New Potatoes. Perfectly cooked!! Wonderful experience!!!

Our daughter and her family recently moved to Lexington, Kentucky and had heard from several people that they must try Giuseppe's Ristorante Italiano. Since we were going to be in town visiting for our 46th anniversary right before Thanksgiving, we made a reservation for the six of us for Monday night, 11/20/2017. I loved the atmosphere as soon as we walked in and our table was ready when we arrived. Our server Jordan, was amazing! He immediately took our drink orders, told us about the Monday night half price bottles of wine special (yes, we took advantage of it! and replaced the kids' tall water glasses with lidded cups much appreciated! ; We ordered the Mozzarella Impanata and it was probably the best I have ever had so lightly fried with a fantastic marinara sauce. The bread was warm and delicious and the salads were a generous size and crunchy fresh. The Parmesan Peppercorn salad dressing was hands down the best I have ever had! I ordered the Veal Parmesan and it was enough for two and so tender I didn't need a knife. The kids had spaghetti, my husband had the Pan Seared Sea Scallops, our daughter had the Chicken Parmesan and our son in law had the special. All of us raved about the food some of the best I have had in a long time. After dinner we ordered coffee and continued with our wine. We didn't think we would want to order dessert since we were so full, but I'm glad we did. Our daughter and I split the tiramisu and it was nothing short of phenomenal! Our granddaughter had the chocolate lava cake and just about finished it herself quite a feat for an almost nine year old. We brought leftovers home and will be having them for dinner tonight. Jordan's impeccable service (we did not have to ask for anything he was on top of everything and Giuseppe's made this wedding anniversary an especially enjoyable one. We are already talking about going again when we're back in town for Christmas!
