Blue Stallion Brewing Co - Lexington

This might have been my worst brewery experience ever. I was in town for one night. Walked to the brewery from my hotel. When I got there the place was empty (it was only 4pm). I asked the bartender was beers he recommended. He said he didn't know!? So, I picked four below average beers. He spend the whole time talking to another employee.

Good beer and great staff. Head brewer learned a lot from living six months in Germany and learning from local brewers there. Follows the German purity laws

The food was good and the staff was awesome. Loves chatting with them.

Great pulled pork. Potato salad is good (horse radish). Beer was all good. Got excited and ate before taking pictures.

Just ok beer. This wasn't our first visit we were here a few years ago and were underwhelmed by the beer. Thought we'd give it another try this trip. Still underwhelming beer. Great bartender. Large space. Reasonably easy parking.
