Jimmy Johns - Lexington Park

I really love Jimmy John's! They're almost always on point and as fast as they advertise. I did take off a star, though, because when I received my sandwich with visibly brown lettuce, I went to speak to the manager and was met with attitude. The manager, Kathy, said she worked the line and hadn't seen any issues with the salad. When I showed her pictures, she explained that the browning happens when air hits the lettuce. I tried to explain that I buy salad weekly, but she cut me off and rudely said, "Ma'am, I'll replace it. I'm just explaining what happened." I was taken aback. However, the replacement was fantastic, and the delivery driver even apologized. Despite this experience, I’m still a fan and will continue to order. I'm obsessed with their Turkey and Avocado Unwich! Overall, all is well!

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The place is clean and well-maintained, and the staff were exceptionally nice, polite, and friendly. The turnaround time for lunch was impressively quick. Having visited other locations before, this was my first time here, and I’m happy to give it a solid A overall.

The sandwiches are fantastic, but the bread could use a bit more flavor. I found the larger sandwiches to be quite pricey. Additionally, the staff didn't pack my sandwiches for takeout, so I had to do it myself.
