Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

They never get my order right or leave something off. Please get better!!

I'm here often they work hard every time. I see them actually working helping each other. Tonight I waited 10 mins after ordering then stepped back up to the waiting side counter. 3 different people came up to help me apologized for the delay. Then when they gave me my food a mere few mins later, they also gave me a free meal card for the wait. Very honorable great customer service!

Came in 2 hours prior to closing, lobby is in pristine condition and our food came out quick. The food quality tops any Zaxbys we’ve been in. The loaded fries are actually LOADED, the fries are seasoned to perfection, and the taste matches the quality. The only reason I’m rating 4 stars out of 5 is due to the teenagers up front. Very unprofessional and goofing off the entire time, not to mention the girl up front was not the kindest while taking our order. They’re teenagers, so I’m taking it with a grain of salt. Everything else really made up for the lack of customer service skills.

Coupon for buy one get one sealed the deal..3 pce strips, fries, drink and dip for $4 each. Cheaper than a Big Mac.
