Sad when you get 1 beverage of 2 in 5 mins yet the other one took 23 after and worker had

I am just sharing this review to say Katelynn is my all time favorite Barista! She is always positive and cheerful and brightens my day. She always had a friendly smile and a great sense of humor.

The staff is amazing at the Red Bank location.They go above and beyond to make certain yur order is correct.They r energetic and make an effort to know us.Excellent people.Our drinks r always great!

Everytime I get groceries, I grab a coffee and everytime the service is perfect. Staff is so nice and actually care about making customer happy. Drinks are always soo good and made correctly.

I will start off my saying this Starbucks has always had great customer service. But when it comes to making food and drinks they are NOT the best. I come here fairly often and the line moves really quickly but when I receive my order it's always wrong or incorrectly made. Even when I order off the app. I will order a menu item and not modify it at all. It seems to be the staff is not correctly trained on how to make drinks or they just kind of throw whatever in it to keep the line moving. I give this Starbucks a 2 star rating just because even when you explain specifically what you want it's never correct. I won't be coming back to this one for a while.
