Bojangles - Lexington

My wife and I are facing each other where I can help quickly. She likes KFC and I'm a Bojangles chicken type. I never had a bad experience eating Bojangle's chicken. I s add sways get the 3 St. 2 thighs and leg meal; but I change it up and ask for 3 thighs. Always delicate and the correct amount of spice/hot sauce. I moved to New York for six years; When I came back to NC, I ate in Bojangles for lunch all week to my fix..lol?

Usually you have a bad experience in Bojangles and other fast food restaurants nowadays depending on the location and employees who work there. This special in Lexington was excellent. Food quality and taste were great and all the staff I met were very pleasant.

I have been coming to this Bojangles for some years now and it has had it's share of issues in the past....but now, I salute this entire staff and manager. I grab breakfast here several times a week and when it comes to breakfast biscuits....they beat everyone else in town. They have not disappointed me in a long time. My food is ALWAYS FRESH...and I just can't seem to get that anywhere else, especially since the COVID and all of the staffing issues. Which brings me to my next point....they greet me with respect and good customer service EVERYTIME! The staff and food at this location deserve my 5 STARS! ????? #DELICIOUS

Stopped in today 10-06-2019 for lunch. Staff was friendly and courteous. Food was ready quickly. It was good tasting and hot. Clean facility. I had chicken tenders and Bo Sauce. Very good. Salt and pepper shakers on every table! I would certainly recommend.

I've been in 30 minutes now. First they told me to wait 10 minutes. After 20 minutes I went to check my order, then they told me 8 minutes. They need better management here or just fire everyone and get a new crew.
