Smoothie King - Lewisville

I visited this restaurant a few times before, and the service has always been mediocre. However, my most recent visit was disappointing because the ingredients tasted very stale. I was on my way to work and couldn’t return the food, so I had one of my employees try it to see if it was just me. Unfortunately, after that experience, I won’t be coming back to this place.

Unfortunately no matter how often I gave the lady at this point, try the smoothies I get there delicious. I get the gladiator chocolate smoothie on every smoothie king with the same ingredients, but every time I go here, I don't get a touch of sweetness from the dates and cream of the chocolate. I don't know how she does it, but I don't care. I don't think the price is worth it. I have to go to another place from here.

The service was incredibly quick. Tonight, I ordered my smoothie while I was on my way, and by the time I arrived in just 5 minutes, it was already waiting for me on the counter.

I ordered two 20 oz espresso smoothies before 11:00. The staff asked if I wanted to upgrade for $1, but I declined, mentioning my membership. I wasn't sure if I could combine the $5 coffee special with the upsize. However, at 11:03, after the coffee special had ended, the staff accused me of trying to take advantage of the promotion. I ended up paying about $17, but the app indicated that I should have only paid $12.99.

Friendly staff... they are always up recommendations keeping customer satisfaction at top priority.
