The employees displayed a lack of courtesy or acknowledgement at the window. When I handed over my card, they took it without a word, blamed me for something, and then closed the window as if they couldn't wait to be done with me. 3. The chicken we received was old and tough, barely warm—clearly it had been fried earlier and just left sitting in a warmer for a while. Because of my experience this morning, I have no intention of returning to this place.
The friendly staff made my experience enjoyable. Although they didn't have the cakes I wanted, they offered to bring in the ones I requested. Instead, I ended up getting more food of my choice at no extra charge, thanks to the accommodating managers. Overall, I would rate this place 5/5!
The cheese has been changed, and it now has a distinctly unpleasant taste that affects the burgers. I don’t think I’ll be ordering cheese on my burger anymore. Food rating: 2/5.
Two. Ordering field was the only order. 3 cars drove me while I waited on the main box and nobody took my order. I moved into the window and the employee was very nice and informed me that the box didn't work. He called his manager twice to whom she ignored him. He let me go to the next window to order. Now arrive in me for 20 minutes and move directly to the box I haven't ordered yet. The girl in the window went to ask her manager what to do, and she just pushed rudely to her to let me go. At this point, that was not an option for me as I had waited 20 minutes. I asked if I could get a discount for the problems and wait again in line. The manager could be seen and you could say that she was frustrated. The girl took my order. She gave me stuff and closed the window and turned away from me, so I drove away and realized that I never got my children's meal. I went to the door closest to the car, and it was locked. I knocked the door and nobody looked at me. I went to the other door and went inside. The manager saw me and refused to help me. I had to say hello? To give her attention again to come by. She came with a very strict voice and said rude, the lobby is closed! I said I'm sorry I just got through the ride and I didn't get my kids to eat. Can I get it, please? And she said the lobby is closed! I said I understand, but I need my child's meal I didn't get. She said again louder to me, the lobby is closed! She then turned to the girl who helped me in the window and asked why the door was unlocked. She brought my child's meal, I thanked her and left. What a REDICULOUS experience! I can't live that the manager was so rude, not just for me, but for her employees. You could see the frustration in their faces, which they showed me about their rude and ignoring being. 100% have no good person in your business AT ALL let alone being the manager. So disappointed as this is our way to Mcdonalds. No more! I came home and all my drinks were wrong. The sizes were not what I paid for and they were the wrong drinks.
This franchisee needs help. Wow. Ordered online. Out of the product I ordered. No problem, refund me for the product you are out of. No...can 't do that. The drawer will be out of balance. You have to go through the app. Problem. app has no section request a refund. You can send an email which will be met with a We 'll have the franchisee contact you. response. Franchisee must be absentee. Doesn 't care and doesn 't follow up. Manager could have solved this by refunding the amount of the product they were out of. But no...go through the app...that does not have an option for a refund. You would think that McDonalds would be better than this. But I think it is this franchisee. This owner has hired a crew that has let him/her down. They are not empowered to solve problems. They are slow and understaffed. They do not care about their customers. If you order something they can 't deliver, they will give you the runaround. Avoid this location like the plague.
