Kyoto Hibachi Sushi - Lewisville

I visit this place frequently. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hibachi grill can be quite entertaining, though it varies depending on the chef. I highly recommend trying their lunch special, as it is really affordable—almost half the price of dinner.

Kyoto is a hidden gem that offers nearly perfect sushi. It can be a bit challenging to reach, but it’s well worth the effort. The staff is friendly and attentive, striking the right balance without being overbearing. I tried the volcano roll and was thoroughly impressed with the quality. The restrooms are well-maintained. I haven't had a chance to try the hibachi yet, but if it's anywhere near as good as the sushi, I’m sure I’ll be very pleased. I can’t wait to return!

My son suggested we try a hibachi restaurant, so we decided to go there tonight (11/21/15). Our experience was outstanding in every way. The waitstaff was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, including prompt refills. Our chef was amazing—he was humorous, energetic, and entertaining, not to mention an excellent cook. The food was delicious. This was our first visit, and we had a fantastic time. We can't wait to go back! Two of us ordered the filet, my wife opted for chicken, and my son chose shrimp. We truly can't express how pleased we were—just very satisfied customers!
