Cicis Pizza - Lewisville

The restaurant itself was very clean, however my wife did say the women’s restroom was very gross. Mens wasn’t great either. The pizza was cici’s, you know what you’re getting and I happen to like cicis pizza so I was happy. There was less variety on the buffet than what I normally see. This was dinner time (7-7:45) on June 4, 2024 so I found that a little surprising, however it did stay stocked up. The staff was all very friendly and helpful, the Hispanic gentleman wearing a back brace and bussing tables really stood out as friendly and a hard worker. He took a moment to talk to my wife and I and he did a great job keeping up with my old plates and keeping all the tables clean! We’ll be back!

I had an amazing time with my family at this location. Alex and Tina were so nice and so friendly. Manny and the crew were popping out the pizzas! Everything was great! Welwill definitely be back.

They have a pizza buffet, pasta bar, and a salad bar.. The food is ok. It takes very bland and not really seasoned. However, they will customize your pizza if you order a buffet. The price is good. It's a good place to take a bunch of kids.

Alex is great manager and has outstanding customer service and knows how to operate the business with excellent.
