Mcdonald's - Lewistown

I understand this is a McDonald’s; unskilled, low-wage workers, frozen re-heated food, and many young peoples’ first jobs. Every McDonald’s I go to, I partially EXPECT them to get my order wrong. Half the time I double check it, half the time I don’t. The workers at this McDonald’s seemed like competent and efficient people, so I didn’t check the bag before I left. I later found out I paid for a 4 piece McNugget, and they were forgotten. I misjudged, I live far away and will never get that money back. A lot of these places are being replaced by machines because the machines make less mistakes, lol!

Used ladies room, it was packed, busy lunch time so opted to drink the water I had packed in my cooler. No diet drink, didn't want to wait. Clean.

Visited about 2 PM . Very busy The cashier was very friendly, however, the speed of service was extremely poor. Need more direction from management so staff has a better sense of urgency. One gentlemen said he'd been waiting 20 minutes for his order. He was still waiting when I got mine. Frustrating. Also McDonald's torks me that they Obama-sized the medium soda. Shrunk the size, but still charge plenty. Unsat!

Just ok. Lots of grounds in coffee. Good toll the end, bam grounds to back of throat. Over all ok.

This is 2nd time I ordered a Carmel mocha and I got coffee with whipped cream nothing worse than expecting sweet and you get nasty bitter
