Love Sam's Italian! Very Snappy service. Very fresh Italians. We get Italians for our football team.

There where two women who were more interested in talking than working, and they lost our order and needed us to repeat the whole thing. It took about half an hour to get it. Luckily, our food was fine. This was 7:30-8 on 10. September

We visited Sams on Sabattus Street. My husband always ordered the same sandwich that is chicken salad, cheese, Greek olives, salt and pepper. Now I know that the tints are hard now, but they are not so hard that you only give a customer a quarter of the chicken salad. That was NOT worth the money. Shame on you.

I ordered a italian a few weeks ago and got barley anything for vegetable on it, there were barley any pickles or onions, growing up thats what we knew them for was the amount of onions and pickles. So i ordered extra this time around and the guy on the phone didnt tell me a price, i went to pick up $14 dollars for one italian. $2 each extra item, and the most disappointing thing is, they didnt put extra. I will not be doing business again.
