The Charcoal Grill - Lewisham

This restaurant is for takeout only. I have been a customer since I moved to the area in 2001. The staff is always friendly, and I believe this is the best kebab shop for miles around. The chicken and lamb are marinated in yogurt and spices, and always cooked to perfection and delicious. The salads are fresh, crisp, and reasonably priced. They offer garlic or chili sauce and always prepare my shish kebabs to order. I haven't tried the burgers or other options, but I hear they are also fantastic as they are always in demand while my shish kebabs are being cooked. Thumbs up for the Charcoal Grill!

I have been coming to this restaurant since I was a child, and even though the management has changed over the years, the quality remains consistent. It is still a welcoming place with reasonable prices. One of the best kebab spots in the UK, they are generous with extras and offer great portion sizes.
