Useful in storage space, which is open for either take away or eat in options not too busy and toilets in charge also. useful if weather is not as good as all undercover in one area.

Amazing employees, make them welcome, coffee served on a high standard, also eating is always a delightful, relaxing atmosphere and first-class standards on efficiency, customer service and high standards of products, whether coffee or eating

This was my second visit to the restaurant this morning, and I wanted to give the woman the benefit of the doubt that she might have had a bad day yesterday. However, it was clear that she was rude and lacked any customer service skills. I am sure I am not the only one who has noticed this when she is working. It would be beneficial to train your staff, as she is in need of some additional training.

The staff at this restaurant are absolutely wonderful. We stopped in for coffee on a Sunday afternoon and both team members were incredibly attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make our experience special. They are truly a gem for Costa.

Don't normally write reviews but the customer service was so spectacular I felt compelled to. The gentleman who was serving did a phenomenal job from start to finish both times I went in (unfortunately I did not get his name). Would go again just to see him.
