Takes forever to order anything here. Unfortunately the closest Starbucks to us. A cup of black iced coffee should not take 25 minutes

I hate it every time i order Starbucks and this one lady every single time always gives me an attitude bcs i asked her for more caramel drizzle since they charged me 60 cent but she wants to charge me another 60 cent bcs they didn’t put enough, like bro i use to work at Starbucks i know the rules and regulations . Like where is the caramel in my cup like Starbucks isn’t cheap . Service: 1

The place is very loud, beyond normal coffee shop sounds. The music was almost painfully loud when I went. Because of this, it's not a good place for working or studying. The coffee was fine, but it was a long time before anyone acknowledged that I was waiting at the counter.
