They accidentally made the wrong milkshake and upgraded us for free. We forgot to get their name, but the red-haired women were so nice, they seemed to be the manager and was overly helpful in ordering. Only great experience and food was also great.
Pretty fast ride thru considering I ordered a lot of food. It wasn't busy at 4:45. This Arby's is somehow located in the southeast corner of the mall. No easy place to see from the street. The staff I interacted with was kind. They gave me sauce packages, although I forgot to ask.
