We ordered Coffees, beers and a simple Flammkuchen to share. 30 minutes and several promptings later we were still waiting on something that cooks in 10 mins. Staff are constantly pushing for you to buy more drinks, never a good idea. When we eventually finished we asked for the bill as we were now in a bit of a rush. This also took 15 mins to be brought. Nobody cares. It's a shame cos this is a nice place with a beautiful outside terrace. Food is good. So to sum up, marks out of 10. 9/10 for location and food. 1/10 for customer service which is practically non existant.Enjoy,if you have all day to do it in.
We've had our anniversary dinner with Richter's and we can only recommend it to everybody !!! Great service, food was awesome - had the filet and chicken - the interior is very nice, too. With its location next to the zoo right at the Rhine river it has a great beer garden in Summer time as well. So - great food, great service, great location, absolute recommendation.
Waited over two hours for our meal to come out cold and with no flavor. Waste of time, watched people get up and leave.. Wish we had!! Don't even bother :(
We came here thinking it will be overpriced cause of the location, but the food was ok priced, the taste was amazing, I took the shrimps spaghetti and my friends took a Bolognese pasta and the other one a salami pizza, all out orders came together, really fast, the food was superb, service sublime and the view priceless, I recommend coming here on a sunny day and siting outside enjoying the Rhein
We had a nice dinner there tonight: mushrooms in wine sauce as a starter, pasta scampi for my wife and grilled sole for me, and a huge tiramisu to share for dessert. The waiters did all they could to help us choose our meal (we don't speak German and, while they have an English menu, they don't translate the specials), and were very nice throughout. A hidden gem (it is a bit of a walk from the historic center, but a gem nevertheless).
