Sonic Drive-in - Levelland

I ordered my food off the App.spent over $21 The food was terrible hamburger was dried out, French fries were old I think they gave me last weeks fries. The drinks were nasty. They tasted horrible. I'll never buy food at this sonic again Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Half the stalls do not work , have to repeat my order several times and sometimes food is not fried enough like tots,cheese sticks,fries. Food: 3 Service: 3

Ordered a supersonic bacon double cheeseburger and got a plain cheeseburger, asked them to remake it and after bringing us the same plain burger 5 times, we just gave up and left Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The amount of working menu boards this location has I can count on one hand. And to by pass that problem we use the app. But there’s no identifying markers on the stalls so that’s a hassle too. Also on a side note it wouldn’t kill to have the drinks wiped off before bringing them out. FOUNTAIN needs to do better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Without a doubt, this is the absolute worst Sonic in all of West Texas. First of all, good luck finding a functioning menu board—it's like a game of chance. Any item you order takes an eternity to arrive, and when it finally does, it’s often incorrect. Nothing tastes freshly made, and the drinks have an odd flavor. This rundown location really should just close its doors; it would benefit the town. Service: Takeout.
