Burger Folie - Leuven

We ate brogerfolia with the louvain muntstraat. It is a restaurant where gourmet burgers are served. they are hamburgers that are not at all comparable to what we sell at mc donald or fast. in fact burgerfolie burgers contain quality meat and a lot of vegetables. the menu is very elaborate: you have the choice between a Mexican burger with guacamole, a burger with blue cheese and even a vegetarian hamburger. hamburgers are served with homemade fries and salad. prices are not comparable to those of the donald mc. we pay between and euros for a burger, which is quite high in my opinion. the service is rather friendly and we take the time to give explanations on the menu. a characteristic of the restaurant I don’t like is the positioning of the tables. I feel like we wanted to put too many tables in the restaurant. So we touch almost the person sitting at the table next to it. In short, it is not the most comfortable restaurant but it is always recommended for gourmet burgers.

Probably the best burgers in the world! At a very democratic price! My personnal favourite is the sunshine chicken, a delicious mix of ingredients with a litterally sunny taste :

The fries was very amazing. I liked the variety of burgers they had but overall it's a bit of a different taste than a north American expectation. They have too much relish or the burger is too greasy and not seasoned as my taste buds are used to. Nice outside sitting area and nice staff.

I am from the US and obviously burgers taste a bit different in Belgium, so I thought the burger was mediocre. But fries were great and I love the setting. Nice casual spot to grab dinner with a friend!

Great burgers, very fresh and well prepared. Several options to choose from: plain, cheese, bacon and cheese, etc. Kids' size available. You can order the Charleroi beef from France, or veal which is what's used for their special burgers (for example, with Brie or other options). Very good fries! I wish they had a wider range of draught beer only one available. We sat outside under the awnings which had heating elements that made it very comfortable. Bravo!
