The personal was very accommodating and made sure that I was completely satisfied with my order. the coffee tasted amazing and eating was delicious.

We came to breakfast, service was good. We had eggs on toast with spinach each a pot team. The food came out quite quickly and the staff was friendly. We could not mistake food or service

Immersed for a fast coffee and snack on the way over the Blue Mountains and this place was recommended by a lady in the line, so we were thrilled to sit and enjoy. But that's where everything went wrong. The coffees turned...up minutes apart, the banana bread came out after coffee and who supplies banana bread without butter? And the fruit toast did not arrive until we left after 40 minutes. Go to Maccas for better service and taste.

I arrived at the café and ordered a coffee and a muffin, with the intention to meet with friends who planned to come and have their lunch with me. The waitress informed me that I was allocated a time period of 30 minutes before I...had to leave due to only ordering AT THAT TIME a muffin and coffee in anticipation of my friends arrival. I ended up contacting my friends and advised I would meet them elsewhere, it is in bad taste to assume that I was only there for that purpose and did not feel that it was terribly hospitable. However. the coffee and muffin were lovely, but I wont be returning. Perhaps it is best to reserve your assumptions in future.

They forgot about our meal and didn't realise until they were closing up and we were the only ones still inside the cafe. It took an hour to get our meals to us and when it arrived they had to run down to another shop...for sour cream while our food got cold. My partners food was burnt on the edges and mine was under cooked. So disappointing after reading good reviews before we went.
