Leura Garage

We visited Leura Garage 3 times in so many days. They have flexible opening times that are so practical when you are desperate for a post-walk coffee and their coffee is sublimed by local roasting machines, so smooth and perfect. We first thought for coffee and cake, but came for dinner the sausage and crusts Barramundi were delicious!! So many great local options for food and drinks! Great atmosphere, ambience and service. Highlight though was the sticky date... we had it twice... warm, gooey, perfect and one of the best Sticky Date puddings I ever had. Always. Come back!

If we could give this stunning little spot 10 stars we would! We came here for a different out of the area night out and Leura Garage did not disappoint. Ambiance, music and staff were incredible. We felt so instantly welcomed and attended to. Our food was incredible and we wouldn’t change a thing. Another little highlight would be the chef delivering our request of a side to the table without any bother. This is absolutely a soon to be regular of ours, thank you all so much!

A rustic looking restaurant with modern Western style menu items. The staff is friendly and accommodating to our big group of 10 people. Recommend to book in advance, especially during weekend as we entered 10 mins before they open and there were already a queue at the front door. We’ve got to try most of the items from their regular and seasonal specials as well. Most dishes were delicious and well presented with generous portions. Coffee is just average. I really like the little details that they have as a decoration piece, such as a meat cutter, bicycle, traditional bell, etc. It came to a total of $450ish for a group of ten (including drinks and coffee) and we were pleasantly happy with the experience.

Amazing food and lovely and attentive staff. We were in Leura for 3 nights and had lunch here. The ragu was so good, we went to dinner 2 nights later and had the calamari which was cooked to perfection and the chickpea/veg hotpot. Both were excellent. Lovely atmosphere too. Thank you.

One of the nicest meals we've had yet... And it was takeaway too. We ordered the slow cooked lamb with some sides... it was so perfectly cooked and melted in your mouth. Compliments to the chef the food was absolutely delicious, we will make a special effort to travel from Sydney again just to dine in next time!
