Hungry Jack's - Leumeah

Been here once or twice always just wanna get in and out. The restaurant always looks like it needs to be cleaned and maintained ;could be the customers though but staff need to be more on top of it. Very slow service too. Food is standard fast food.

Always friendly staff here and food is usually spot on .fast drive through service and food is much tastier than McDonalds.

I have visited this restaurant twice in the past month and both times were disappointing. The first time, the place was not properly staffed and many customers were complaining about long wait times and getting incorrect orders. My own order was missing items, but I felt bad for the overwhelmed staff. There didn't seem to be any leadership to address the issues. On my second visit, I believe the young server may have been the manager, as he made a mistake with my order and insisted that I pay for it. I didn't feel like arguing, but it left a bad taste in my mouth and I have no intention of returning. Additionally, my burger had black bits on it, likely from leftover grill residue.

Sometimes it is cold but overall what you would expect from hungry jacks. There's a playground for the kids food is cheap and fast, large cues at lunch time

I think Minto's HJ has superior fries and delicious burgers. The double BBQ bacon burger was on the smaller side, and even when I upgraded to a large size, I still felt like the portion was too small.
