The caquelon de l’ermitage with viande sur ardoise is a wonderful pleasure. it is like a fondue chinoise but with a very finely seasoned bark that is seasoned as for dry meat, but then eaten as fondue chinoise instead of being hanged dry. very fine even without sauces, because very well seasoned. from the various sauces and supplements, however, you still enjoy enjoying.
