The Canadian Brewhouse - Lethbridge

Our waitress was amazing. Very knowledgeable about gluten free and cross contamination and let me know the kitchen would take precautions. They have a dedicated gluten free fryer too. Nice variety on the menu too. I order fish and chips and they were delicious. I wish the gravy would be gluten free so I could have tried the poutine.

This location seems to be a good one! Eaten here multiple times (in person and through delivery) and have not gotten sick (sensitive celiac).

First time ever going. Our server Illyana was amazing. We had some questions and if she didn't know the answer she went and talked to the kitchen. Had wings from a dedicated fryer. They were awesome. Stir fry is a tad on the spicy side. But overall was good A lot of the menu can be made gluten free. Overall was a wonderful experience and will be back.

I asked through IG about their options and they were happy to explain they have dedicated space fryers, and they indicate GF on the menu
