Starbucks - Lethbridge

4 times in a row ordered a pike place simplest thing they can make and all for times stood waiting until my patients run out and finally ask about it. I don’t understand this.

FYI- sale starts at 2 pm. Was confused as I brought a friend in for buy one share one. This sale was not honoured as stated on the board.

The customer service I get here is the best from any Starbucks I go to

WORST STARBUCKS IN LETHBRIDGE. I paid $12 for two grande drinks and they didn’t put any of the syrup in the drinks. So disappointing. Go to the south side Starbucks instead.

Absolutely horrible service worst service I’ve ever seen, will never be back, at least 9 employees waited 20 min for 2 coffees to be made, after 20 minutes when I asked how much longer she hadn’t even started order, as I watched 6 cars go through the drivethru, this is absolutely embarrassing Starbucks, DO BETTER !
