Papa John's Pizza - Lethbridge

I offered to pick up my delivery after I mistakenly provided the wrong phone number, which I had changed the day before. I didn’t hear any knock at the door, so I suggested coming to get it and paying on the spot. However, the staff was very rude, stating that they wouldn’t deliver to me again. They called me over a thousand times and tried using multiple numbers, even though there is only one listed on my account.

I used to order from Papa John's regularly, but I won't be returning. The driver and employees were extremely rude, and I was hung up on twice. They clearly don't value their customers. I was also double charged for a tip, which really ruined the discount I got from points—what a rip-off!

Papa John's consistently delivers a great experience for us. We would rather take a half-hour drive for their pizza than order from local options. The staff at the Lethbridge South location are always incredibly friendly, and the pizza never disappoints.

There new papadillas are a waste of money. 8 bucks for a literal folded in half pizza with barely any toppings, and soggy crust. Don 't try the jalapeno popper bites either. It 's cheap cheese and plain dry jalapeños wrapped up in a pound of pizzadough. It may look enticing but I can assure you , save your money. Not to mention those were burnt. Moving onto customerservice, the guy who worked there was incredibly rude. I wouldn 't waste your time at this location.
