The place itself is modern, clean, and attractive, especially with the large windows which let in a lot of natural light. The tablet menu is efficient and although the food does not arrive to the table in lightning quick fashion, once it does finally show up it is nothing short of delectable. Of all the selections the only one that was subpar was the surimi crab rolls which had been refrigerated (a big no-no as the rice congeals). The other selections ranged from the very good to the sublime. Among the stellar standouts: Beef Fried Rice, Beef Fried Udon, Spring Rolls, Cone Rolls, and Tempura. All excellent and wonderful. However, there are a couple of dishes which rank as totally memorable if not totally unforgettable: Wonton Soup and Green Chicken Curry. Just keep these two dishes coming and I won't even remotely want to eat anything else! All of this is priced at a very moderate fashion with lunch coming in at $16. It's likely Lethbridge's best quality AYCE deal!
Food was alright.. But in order for them to come to you - you have to go to these things - Arrogant Staff (we just wanna send our order because you have to order in an ipad and couldn't find the send menu and a chinese lady comes and say just call on us in a very terrible manner) - for the slow service - watch what you order too because they will just keep on sending you orders and you are oblige to eat them - Never go in Starving .... you will suffer
A wide variety of Asian dishes including sushi and Udon soups and Pad Thai and teriyaki offerings. You use a tablet to order your meals where you can see a picture of exactly what you're getting. Service is prompt, courteous and efficient. The young woman who was our server couldn't have been more cheerful and helpful. We had "all you can eat" and were more than satisfied with all the dishes we received over the period of 2-3 hours. Highly recommended and I know I will certainly be back many many times. Ten stars if I could.
I have been to the Fusion a few times with my family, and each visit has been good. We have never ordered from the menu per say, but have chosen the all you can eat option. Food comes out quickly and is always good. The sushi rolls are excellent! The service is usually decent as well, but sometimes could be a little better. The restaurant feels clean in the dining area. There are a few rules to keep in mind when eating here choosing the all you can eat option. I highly recommend the dinner menu selection over the lunch menu as there are less choices.
Overall, I need to rate this restaurant as poor. The food was okay though I asked for my dish to be medium spicy and it came very spicy so was a bit hard to get through. Portion size was generous but some of the chicken was quite rubbery where other pieces were tender. The service is quite bad. Though I was given water when I initially sat down, it then took at least another 10 minutes for my order to be taken. When I asked for a refill for water, including ice and a lemon, the water glass was refilled with warm tap water and then another glass with ice and a lemon was produced. I'm not sure if there may have been a communication glitch. After dinner, I waited for another 15 minutes for them to take away the dirty dishes but had to get up and go to the till to get my bill. Don't need to come here again.
