Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Lethbridge

Would give 0 stars if possible. Ended up waiting half hour for 1 simple order.. probably didn't help that they lit our first bag of food on fire and had to proceed to stomp it out behind our car in the drive thru.. would NOT recommend the west location.

Went to get 2 6-piece chicken finger meals, both boxes barely had anything in them. The chicken fingers looked more like chicken nuggets and there were barely any fries in either. We ate them within minutes of getting them and the chicken was cold and kind of soggy.

The cost of food here is outrageous but it's aways fresh hence why you wait quite awhile to receive it.

This DQ is great. They have super friendly staff, and the app makes it super easy to pre-order and just grab your goodies when you arrive with maybe a 2 minute wait! ?

Waited 20 minutes for 2 blizzards and a basket of chicken strips. The strips were only as thick as my thumb and came with a child’s fist full or fries. Cost $20+ This is so typical of DQ’s all over Lethbridge. Pricey for fast food and you always get jipped on serving size. Wait time is typically pretty long as well. Only saving grace is their friendly staff.
