Przekaż informację zwrotnąMy husband and I always shop at COSTCO LETHBRIDGE and today we did not ask for help because we are familiar with the process. However, when my husband tried to scan an item, a woman with a scanning gun told him in a humiliating tone to move further away. She treated us as if we were contagious and this is not the first time it has happened - it is the third time. We reminded them not to treat customers this way, especially during the COVID pandemic. We hope that this woman is removed from her position or suspended.
The Lethbridge Costco is not set up for efficient customer processing at the cash registers. While we have seen scanners used occasionally, which speeds up the checkout process, the lineups at this location are not common in other Costco stores we have visited throughout North America. We enjoy shopping at your store, but the checkout process can be exhausting. It would be beneficial for management to observe how other Costco locations are able to move customers through the checkout at a much quicker pace.
Over the years, the variety of food options at this restaurant has increased, which is nice to see. However, when it comes to hot dogs, Costco offers the best quality and price in town. Pair it with the delectable berry sundae and you have a completely satisfying meal.
This time I had 2 pieces of pizza, a pepperoni and a 5 cheese. Both were delicious. Add a pop and there is lunch for $5.43. Really hard to beat.
We were in the Lethbridge Costco yesterday, could not believe the line ups once again. We come quite frequently and in the last 3 months, this has been a common occurrence. Something has changed, we believe that they have moved the merchandise closer to the...front leaving less room to line up at the tills, especially for the middle tills. The 2 outside lines were to the back of the store. In all our years of shopping at Costco we have never seen, this. We witnessed a customer standing in line place their groceries on the jewelry counter and leave. The discussion standing in line was one of frustration, plus watching people come in and turn around to leave. The other issue is people trying to get through to the other aisles were frustrated. We also overheard a sales person set up to sell wood burning stoves pellets comment that this has been a waste of time, since no one could ever get to his display. That guy should be reimbursed if there is a cost to set up. Come on Costco figure this out. We are ready to let our membership run out.
