Arby's - Lethbridge

This was our first time at this location. Sad to learn they got rid of the Jamoca shakes. Other than that it was a good experience.

Food was great. Hot and fresh. Service was good , don't get me wrong. But some basic pleasantries like hello would be good, not just standing there and then saying what can I get you or instead of just walking away at the end of sale, maybe saying we will call out you when your order is ready.I will eat here again as it was not an unpleasant experience.

Great meal today... crinkle fries were nice and crispy.

Ordered a Montreal meal. Was charged and given a Double Montreal meal. No cheese or sauerkraut is on the sandwich. Only meat and mustard.

Terrible service inside the restaurant. Nobody to take my order. When someone did she said ho and went to help drive thru. Just a matter of time before this one shuts down.
