Are you on the highway and you want to eat typical Emilian, but are you still far to get to lunch or dinner in Emilia Romagna? Then go out to the hearing and make a little deviation from the bolognes! fried dumplings and tigelles were spectacular (I think they only do them in certain days,) accompanied by exceptional cured meats! the first are super and the dough is made in the house: I tried the stuffed ricotta and mortadella balanzoni, but also the ragù noodles are typical and unique. the second I did not taste them, but judging from the menu seemed all delicious (they had also lit the grill in the yard.) however I have to give 4 stars because, at least on the day I was, the desserts were definitely below expectations considering the quality of the other courses. The mascarpone cream had a strange sour taste that, to me, did not like it and the apple pie was a bit dry. Maybe something went wrong that day. I will definitely return, because overall the place is great and I would like to be able to give 5 stars next time!

I went to this place for a family dinner and its name “Trattoria Dal Bolognes” makes me taste some delicacy of the fat and succulent Emilian land. The trattoria is located along a main road but the rather hidden and decidedly dismissed sign made it a bit difficult to find the entrance. The environment is typical of a country trattoria and as soon as you enter you have the pleasant feeling of being at dinner at the house of friends. Unfortunately, the hand-written menu on a board leaves room for tristi presagi. A young waiter, with friendly ways, although always kept in the boundaries of professionalism, makes us sit at a table under a large veranda, invaded by the flies that will make us company for the duration of dinner. Unfortunately, the small anti-slip candle serves little against those dates. A few moments after a gentleman with a severe look and a little bit of spice comes to take the command. No paper menu, not even a QR banner to frame with your smartphone to access the menu. That gentleman with a pleasant Emilian accent was the human menu. In the list declaimed by the Bologna manager is represented only by the typical tagliatelle to the Bolognaan ragù, no tortellini, no Parma ham, Zibello's culatello, le tigelle? Only on Friday but that day was a Saturday. On the other hand, we offer a wide choice of grilled meat. A bit disappointed I take refuge in a plate of tagliatelle, the other commensali opt for mixed grills. In the meantime the veranda is filled with other customers and, like magic, the menu also expands, and here are whispers of tortellini, grilled vegetables, friggione, snails at the bourguignonne! We had already ordered the games. Not giving me to win, I decide to face the manager and ask him if it was possible for us to be able to taste the delicacies he had hidden at the time of the command, the man obviously caught by surprise smothers something in the direction of the kitchen and confirms that I can prepare two portions of slugs. After finishing the dinner with a cream cooked with a clear industrial style and a rather anonymous coffee, return from the manager to the account. All in all honest price. We good? No. If the room was totally and exclusively managed by the young waiter who greeted us at first things would be much better. A special mention of merit to the grilled girl, very good.
Family birthday party. We arrived at the trattoria in one night a week. The very courteous service, the boy described the dishes and was very helpful. We tried the homemade pasta, the cotoletta to Bolognese and the picagnas. All very good. It deserves a ride
