Lozère and her aligot lovers, I discovered this restaurant eight years ago and I'll go as soon as possible. This hostel in the middle of the Aubrac is a beautiful place held by a very welcoming couple. The menu is simple: 1 unique menu consisting of a tray of charcuterie, a pot of porche terrine, a greedy at will, a cheese tray and a basket of fruit. It is extremely copyy and exceptionally gustative; simply the best aligot you can find. So this is a table not to be missed!! The small plus is located in the local product store at the reception and bar, with a special mention for the Aubrac tea. Attention: the address being very well known to gastronomy enthusiasts, indispensable reservation!

Reasonable prices in a rustic setting. Former buron menu with regional specialities, including the very good and at will. Personal listening. Map of short but rather diversified wines. A place lost in Lozère with great views.
