Pan Paz French Bakery - Leon

Good food, unfortunately the service makes you never want to go back. If you're willing to withstand the staffs staring and attitude, you could enjoy the food, not all of them are bad. As a frequent visitor, some of them are actually nice, although the few that have no experience in customer service makes for a bad visit.

The best iced coffee we have had in a very long time. The favour was fantastic. Tried other cafes in Leon and the coffee here is hands down the best we have had! We also tried the pain au chocolate. It's not a pain au chocolate, but it's a good pan de chocolate. The banana bread was good too!

Nice coffee and OK food. Pretty good as León cafés go but it's mediocre vs real French food or cafes in other parts of Nicaragua, eg. in Granada or San Juan del Sur. The pastries and cakes are low quality, synthetic products rather than French style as the café name suggests. The staff wander round looking vacantly into space rather than constantly being on the lookout for customers needing service.

Good coffee and breakfast. Nice place and beginning of the day.

We are always happy to visit Pan y Paz when in León! Delicious food, wonderful service and a beautiful place. Your coffee, fresh juices and breakfast sandwich are not to be missed and make sure you take a chocolate croissant to take with you for later. They also have wonderful sandwiches for lunch served on delicious bread. Very recommended!!
