Panera Bread - Leominster

It appears that the restaurant has recently been renovated. The establishment was clean and the service was quick. They have added new items to the menu, which were tasty. Additionally, they have introduced interactive ordering stations, allowing customers to place their order without speaking to anyone. This makes for a speedy dining experience. Customers also have the option to choose a mug for their coffee instead of a paper cup, which they can serve themselves from the counter. This is a convenient and cool feature.

I go to other Panera Bread locations on a regular basis in middlesex County and Southern NH. Food is mostly good. I know exactly what to order and how they should taste. This was first time here. First they got the order wrong. Then I got themto fix that. But the reason for most of the stars missing was the food and drink. Everything seemed to taste off and weird ina bad way. Food and drink was not good. That was unexpected. I won't be coming back here when I am in Leominster.

We had an issue with our order this evening melanie took care of it right away was super kind and understanding reimbursed our meal and new cup of soup for my daughter. We have never had a problem there so glad they were willing to help

The staff is friendly, the food is excellent, and the atmosphere is good. The restaurant is clean. I ordered the flatbread, which was amazing. I have no complaints.

I ordered two sandwiches and they were delicious. The bread was warm and had a nice crust. I really enjoyed them and would definitely come back again.
