Olive Garden Italian - Leominster

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered the chicken marsala, which looked like it had come out of a microwave. There was a small amount of sauce drizzled over it, but it was awful—more like a dose of overly salty brown gravy. The fettucine alfredo was also disappointing; the pasta was room temperature and dry in places, with too much alfredo sauce. The server never checked in to see how we were enjoying our meal, even though most of it remained on the plate because it was so unappetizing. On the way out, not a single person asked if everything was satisfactory. I think they already knew the answer and simply didn't care.

This was, without a doubt, the worst Olive Garden experience I've ever had. While the service was good, our drinks were poorly mixed, and my fork had leftover food residue on it. The broth sticks we received were clearly reheated and burnt. Additionally, the salad and vegetables were a mess, and I’m pretty sure there were black olives instead of the Greek olives they should have had. The only positive aspect of the meal was that our desserts were not confused and were actually quite good. I haven't been to an Olive Garden in a while, and I'm not planning to return anytime soon.

The appetizers of roasted ravioli and roasted calamari were disappointing and tough to eat. However, the chicken Parmesan was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, the pasta was undercooked. Overall, the meal was quite pricey, and I'm unsure if I'd be willing to give this place another try.

A great extended family meal was had. Great service, great foods, and the usual really cool ? atmosphere all add up to a memorable e penitence. Waitress was a peach! We will be back again soon.

Good place to go eat. My kids always love it here. They used to be really inexpensive but the prices have gone up a bit in the last couple years.
