No table get in an empty restaurant for 2 pieces cake without any reason. The most unfriendly and arrogant service (female) we have ever experienced.The hotel cannot be recommended in any case with such staff!

In this hotel you feel like a king as a guest. The food was fabulous. The view from the room is simply a hammer. Unfortunately, all the spa employees were sick during our stay and we had no massage: a reason to come back another time;

A great hotel in a charming location.Wurden warmly welcomes and invited to a drink.The rooms are large, although a little old-fashioned, has m.E. but a private charm.The pools and the spa area are spacious and very modern. Simply a place to feel comfortable.The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. About regional specialties to international treats.The service is lonely top! Always attentive and accommodating. Here wishes are made to reality.Gerne again!

We were greeted very warmly and everything worked wonderfully even when booking. Then there was a welcome drink first. We had a double room deluxe with a fantastic view. I had booked the romance package with roses, prosecco and chocolates. Very recommended.The new spa part with the indoor pool is extremely beautiful. Unfortunately it was a bit too hot in the room. We were then in the other part at the outdoor pool because it was more pleasant there with the temperatures.The sauna area is unfortunately old, not modern and we did not find beautiful. For this, the outdoor pool is a real highlight. There are also beds out there. You could order drinks to the pool from 14.00. I also made a QR code, unfortunately it went over 1 hour and only when I called and asked.The breakfast is great. Fresh and a large selection. Dinner was moderate. For a wellness weekend, I recommend the hotel.

A very spacious hotel with huge areas, all very clean and well maintained. Food was good, but unfortunately not excellent. Bad we found that there was no way to get fresh towels in the wellness area and that our visit to the fitness room was closed. The staff was very nice and endeavored, but we had the feeling that there is a lack of personnel here too. But there is better and for a foursome it is too little.
