Back from our ski week, we stopped by chance at the farm before returning to the highway and in order to avoid highway restaurants. We explained our time constraints, the service was quick as we wanted, and the excellent cuisine for an affordable price, only regret not having been able to enjoy the menu entry / dish/ dessert!
Grey weather on lyon, lntilly fog for this Sunday. What a good idea to have chosen the restaurant the farm where the sun was on the plates! lentils and half-cooked foie gras for one, carpaccio truite and cabillaud gravelax for the other followed by a heart of calf ris and small vegetables to fall! creamy yuzu to finish and royal chocolate, bravo to the chef for this lunch that announces Christmas. to be recommended
We've been followers of this place. but our last visit has disappointed us: the magic of plates is no longer the same. Has the chief been tired? But we'll go back there because I think it was just an "accident"... to check.
The atmosphere is very well, not too noisy the kitchen is good (only flat the accompaniments that should not come from producer)
