Did not know, and I was not told when I called in that there is a 5% Call In fee to call in your order ahead of time. I waited 25 minutes after I called in my order for my food. After speaking with a manager, I was told the fee is listed on my receipt, after I pay. I have never paid a fee to call an order in, and I’m sorry, it is misleading to not disclose this information before you order.
The food is amazing but they constantly leave part of our order out. Last time it was a dragon roll. When I called I was told that I could come back any time to get it replaced (since I paid for it and all) well I called that in today and I was told I had two weeks to honor it. Kinda shady but hey, that seems to be business these days.
Twice we have got take out why is the shrimp sauce water down so ? bad
