Wendy's - Lenexa

Very polite drive thru cashier. I said thank you, he said you're welcome! I never have any one say you're welcome at a drive thru to me.

Went through the drive through. Was shorted on my food. Tried to call the store no answer. Poor customer service.

Hamburgers are not hot anymore what's up with that?

Manger That was working he had a poor attitude no customer service Iris not a Hi how can I help you can I help you nothing.

Ordered a burger and ate it in Wendy's parking lot and outside temp was 75 degrees. Burger was not hot — barely warm and I was a little concerned over food safety. For comparison, I ate at Town Topic restaurant in Kansas City this week too burgers were hot and totally amazing. Disappointed in Wendy's with very mediocre, luke warm sandwich.
