Although my drink was ready a few minutes late due to a busy drive-through, the barista was kind and informed me that my drink was next. My birthday drink I ordered was made perfectly, looked delicious, and tasted just as good! The service was efficient, and the store had a good atmosphere. I would recommend this location.
Went through the drive thru this morning and ordered a drink. When I paid she put the card reader down and I chose no tip. She said the card didn’t take so I did it again. This time she didn’t give me the option. Hands me my card and I leave. This evening I am looking at my statement and see the amount different than what she had told me. She gave herself a tip! That is theft and she should be terminated. The entire tip function needs to go away. If we want to tip a server we will. I’m so beyond frustrated.
Starbucks used to be our go to, but the employees aren’t as happy anymore. Orders are wrong and then I get told how to order a drink I’ve been ordering for the last 15 years. How else do you order an iced caramel latte? And end up getting a hot coffee with a pump of caramel?
Great for grab and go coffee, The only thing i can say about the place is the the parking lot SUCKS, There is no room for anything and is just a mess to get to and get out of, Other than that great
Nice location. Just got a cold brew and worked for a bit.
