Talk about some degrees A customer service! I ran to my local business #2716 to get lunch. When I returned home, I realized that one of my three articles was missing. I called the store while I think about how to get a refund without going home. Sherri Huffman answered the phone. I explained the situation. Sherri apologizes and, without missing a beat, I said I'll take it right away. And she did. Well played, Panera.

We enjoy walking to Panera on 87th Street, but we were disappointed to find that the toaster wasn't working and they didn't have the chocolate and vanilla powder for coffee like they do at the Panera in Olathe. We hope they can fix these issues soon.

The food was great. I had the option of choosing between the Mac and Cheese and a Caesar Salad for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

I absolutely adore everything about Panera! The food, the staff, the coffee, the pastries, the smoothies...all of it!

Delivery and it never came. Email said order was delivered (it was not,) text said order arrive (it was not,) and the app said order is still.
