Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Unique fast food. Definitely worth a visit to get a break from the norm. A kind of culvers like experience with some different options and styles. When I left, they were busy. Only negatively I saw that the customer area was not very well maintained. Napkins and spices were outside and the areas got a little mess.

We really enjoy dining at Freddie's, but our family is gluten-free. With a group of 10, we unfortunately can't eat there. Almost every restaurant now offers gluten-free rolls, and we would love to see that option at Freddie's as well. It would demonstrate that you care about the health and needs of your customers.

It's been a few years since I was with Freddy. The best part is in any case the thin frits and fry sauce, which now serve in prepacked containers instead of themselves. The burgers are just ok IMO.

I love chili and hot pommes! You need to come with a quieter option, other than screaming order numbers over the speaker, so the environment will be more relaxed. Super Custard incredibly smooth!

This Freddy's is very stingy with it's portions. The fries in kids meals are less with each visit. The food does taste good and the service is fine, but portions have never been consistent with what I came to expect from Freddy's in Wichita and Emporia.
