Applebee's Grill - Lenexa

This was by far worst place I've ever been in my life service was horrible bartender was either high or drunk looked like someone ate half my burger in the kitchen before it came out there was a drunk dude there being loud as hell and bartender was still selling him beer and tequila even what I asked for didn't get none of it I just asked for check and left this place needs shut down horrible horrible experience I'd do negative stars if I could

They seemed short staffed, but the food was really good. It was worth the wait.

Worst service. Not busy AT ALL!! Dirty dishes sitting on the bar no tables have been wiped down, we had to seat ourselves at a dirty table, bathroom looked like an overflown rest stop station that had NEVER been cleaned… when we finally got helped there was no greeting just “what can I get you.” Got our food after waiting forever but not our appetizers. No silverware ever brought to us so we couldn't eat… manager and other staff just sitting at the bar visiting like there was nothing to do. … – show

Went on Veteran’s Day at 5p.m. We were 4th in the list to be seated. 45 minutes later we left. There were numerous open tables and the hostess was randomly seating people very slowly. People were not getting served. This restaurant was being managed terribly. We will never return.

I ate here a few times over the years and it always seems to struggle. Service was really slow this visit. Assuming it's just under staffed like everywhere else. Food was good but not anything to write home about.
