Dunkin' - Lemont

A decent restaurant would reach out to you if you ordered the same item three times in the app. They would want to know if there was a mistake, especially since your requests are usually different and you placed separate orders within just a minute of each other. While it's not necessary for them to do this, I've experienced other restaurants that do reach out to confirm orders. We appreciate that courtesy, which is especially important in this app-driven age. Thankfully, there’s another Dunkin’ just down the road.

No ice cream??? It's June in Chicago! I was informed that there was no vanilla or chocolate ice cream available to make a milkshake. Don't call yourself a Baskin-Robbins store if you don't have the basics!

I waited in the store for 7 minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence. The staff were inside but seemed unresponsive.

Holy Smokes!! Can I get some ice cream with my milk shake?! Maybe there?s not enough ice cream to go around. The People were really nice! But my god, that cup of chocolate milk for $7, unreal.

I love coming here in the afternoon with my family. whenever the tall kid and the muscular kid work I know my order will be complete and 100% correct before I even finish my order. As well whenever I come I come in the store when they work it is alwayssuper clean and the service is impeccable. Their milkshakes are next level it is what keeps me coming back. No one can compareto what these guys can do with a blender. On top of that their ice cream scooping skills are legendary. I once saw the tall oneput 9 scoops of ice cream on one waffle cone!!!! I always see people hit the curb in the drive thru and I do not understand whyas I have seen 22 foot box trucks fit through without hitting the curb. I already know my order will be accurate when I see thetwo Older looking cars outside. its a shame they can 't afford better cars. These two employees are the most efficient workersI have ever seen. It is just a shame that management can not keep items in stock.
