Jamba - Lemon Hill

I’ve been to a lot of Jamba Juices in my time, this one takes the cake

This is probably the best Jamba juice locations in Sacramento! And I've been to most of them several times. The management is on point and the customer service is excellent, shout out to the daytime manager Gracie who went above and beyond taking care of a small issue I had with my order after it had been delivered. Also, the owner had reached out to me personally to make sure everything was going good and also personally apologized for the very small problem I had had. Then, a few days later, I had ordered a smoothie over the phone right bf they closed and didn't get there till 10-15 mins after they had closed and to top it off, I had forgotten my wallet but, the wonderful night time manager Alejandra gave me a hella of a discount and I was able to pay for my smoothie with change I had in my truck. Long story short, this is a great location, and if you're into great customer service and in the area and feeling some Jamba, go the one off 65th Ave in Sacramento. They won't disappoint.

Our drinks (orange dream machine and Pb chocolate lover) were made so thin that they were practically water.I'm hoping this isn't a trend for Jamba Juice.

I went in to grab a drink with a friend. Both of these employees around 1-2pm today serve so quickly and fast at what they're doing, and they just give me a great time being there for a short time. Great staff. ?

EDIT: Really sad experience today. As I walked in to pick up my online order, a cashier was finishing charging several people, then walked straight out the door! Then another girl comes in from the back and says she's on her 30 minute break and can't help us! After several minutes she got ahold of her manager, who obviously told her to make the smoothies we've already paid for... I feel like the situation could have been handled way better all around. I don't understand how this happened. This makes me seriously reconsider ever coming to this location again. It was a little bit crowded when I got there today, but the workers were managing it pretty well. I always get the island pitaya bowl and it's great. Their rewards aren't too bad either I got a free smoothie for my birthday as well as $3 off from time to time. Ordering ahead is always good too!
