I come here almost everyday. And everyone gives A1 customer service which makes me wanna tip every time. BUT this Asian chick gives the worst customer service ever and keeps rushing us even though there's no customers in the store. Like why are you rushing us to order when we just want to see what flavors you have in store? Do better! Or don't work there at all if you hate your job lol

Today went with my son 5 minutes after 9 pm , then I was told that there were closed , then after that a white couple goes in and they got service ! I love basking robins but will never go again to that racist place !

Ordered banana split... strawberry and chocolate tasted old and flat. So disappointing. Usually the ice cream is so rich and flavorful.

I like coming here. It's better than the one I used to work at. Very neat and nice cakes. The sundaes I ordered the past two times were made well. Even though it's expensive, don't come here expecting cheap dollar scoop ice cream. It really is expensive and 1 or 2 items will already cost you near or more 10 bucks. Whatever the case, the sundae left me satisfied and happy.
