Panera Bread - Leland

My man took two fuji apple salads with chicken for our dinner on the drive thru today afternoon. salates would have been great if that was in salate. neither salat has a huh.

Honestly, at this point it's my fault for coming here as often as I have. Panera Bread has one of the best tomato soups out there so when I feel bad I come here for that comfort food. At least 2x a year since this Panera came to Waterford, I've gotten the tomato soup and Every. Single. Time I've found plastic in it. Each time I find it in my mouth I pull it out, certain that this time it's probably just tomato skin, but nope. Plastic. The second time it happened I just happened to be eating in the restaurant so I showed the manager, let them know it happened before and all she did was ask if I wanted another bowl of soup. The 2nd time this happened should have been enough given the fact that the piece of plastic I pulled out of my mouth was about 8 inches long and about 3 inches wide when I unraveled it . But then time goes by, I forget, then one day I don't feel great and just want tomato soup. The other day it happened again and I'm fed up. Don't get their tomato soup guys, it's just not worth it. And before someone asks me, yes this is definitely plastic and not tomato skin. At least this time around the pieces are smaller so I didn't choke like the time before.

Stopped by on a rainy Saturday morning. Rapid pickup order was ready at right time. Restaurant clean and nicely decorated. Staff friendly. Food fresh and delicious.

Food is usually good but the portions could be a tad bit larger and/or or less expensive.

I love their breakfast although everything is delicious.Their cinnamon buns are awesome.They have never let me down so far.Fast and courteous service as well.
