I can not understand the many positive comments from customers. You could eat duck here, and the chef s delivered quality from the top drawer. But in a special restaurant like this, service is even more important. During several visits there was a constant smell of cooking, which was an absurdity, especially when you were full. You know what I mean... The waitress is reluctant to acknowledge requests and deliberately delays the execution... ::: a bone plate ::: etc. should be a given given the restaurant's standard of living. The reservation practice for the Christmas period with advance transfer for secure booking also exceeds my understanding... I hope that capable kitchen staff finds good employment. I've been eating there for a Christmas party and I have to say it was great. The food, duck with lumps and wonderful red cabbage, was absolutely delicious. I was totally overcrowded. Even the dessert, waffles with ice, was such a tip that I already get hungry again. Plätze zum Muttertag hatten wir rechtzeitig reserviert für 15.00Uhr. Doch leider mußten wir 10 minuten danach noch vor der Tür in der Schlange warten. Das ist nicht ok.Stiefmütterchen als Tischschmuck zum Muttertag, das geht auch nicht!Ein Stück Torte für 3,80 € und der Kaffee wurde aus der Thermoskanne serviert .Die kleine Tasse für 2,50€, da kann ich nur sagen ich komme nie wieder!!! Da entschädigt auch die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die leckere Torte nicht. Wir waren schon oft im Schloßkrug, aber die Preise sind nicht mehr fair. Schade!
