Przekaż informację zwrotnąEasy to eat is on the flyer of restaurants that are just opened by peter niemann the distillery in the hearty möckern. we wanted to try it and book it by phone. we were able to evaluate the just completed renovation work on the building and the very careful and elaborate restoration of the rooms in the house. over a short free staircase we came to the rooms of the restaurant, which is equipped with a simple yet high quality decor. when greeting by the personal we then decided by the wonderful weather for a table on the free seat. from the very clear menu, I chose a watermelon-Feta salad with grilled garnel, pink lambcocks on thymian sauce with metric vegetables and a bark consommé with small marks, maisbags grießnocken. the watermelon salad was actually part of an offered menu, but was also served separately on request. tastefully all three dishes were absolutely at a high level (of course always subjectiv and the quality and freshness of the ingredients did not leave a wish open. the salat was quite sharp with chili and a little too sharp on me personally (needle. a short obstacle in the card. the amuse cook consisting of three different freshly baked broth varieties and a dish cubic cream could cause little relief of sharpness. on a short sweat about the sharp spicing and asking if there would be something sweet, I was served on the house a small dish with two homemade truffles. I ordered a chablis of loius moreau from the burgundy to the main court. I had hoped a little more of the elders of the sweat. that was still a little young with the vintage 2013, but of this weingut on the elbe I was better used. to dessert there was a walnut spirit from the meissen speciality burn and a burned cream of good cream bioeiern with aprikosen oldest mourning. the cream (crème bruleé and sorbet with the apricots were served in separate dishes. Unfortunately, the cook with the flambier burner had meant something too good and the caramellkruste tasted a bit burned. to request the service I have made aware of. as answering, we were again served on the cost of the house a dish with various truffles for all. these truffles are actually homemade and actually only to order in the restaurant that is soon opened in the heart of the house. we had a small tasting and it can be expected that due to the very tasty prepared meals. in any case the service (unfortunately stood only on the bill: her waiter nr. 4 very friendly and accommodating and surprised me as hospitable with the small apologies for sharp and crème brulée positiw! the prices are according to my opinion and whether the quality of the ingredients is justified. I also evaluate positiw that many of the ingredients from the region are used. I can only write about it because we've only met the free seat. they can sit very comfortably in a park-like environment. the chair is cozy and they can extend their stay with one or two bottles of wine after eating. the toilets and sanitation rooms in the house are still completely new and look very well maintained. as a highlight they expect small personal guest towels instead of paper or fast dryers and a few dings to make fresh or haare style. we are looking forward to coming back and looking forward to opening the residency!
It was again a visit to our Chinese business partners and again asked where we were going to eat with them. various restaurants with a wide variety of cuisines have so far been very little to say with our partners. German cuisine is not very popular in Chinese and not very varied according to Chinese opinion. in der residenz im herrenhaus have not only made our business partners from China but also we have made a new experience. the ordered five-course menu was very diverse and of best quality. the beard cream soup of the appetizer, various sorts of fish as well as the raspberry curable dessert served with self-made pralins also triggered off with our partners’ enthusiasm. to come naturally the magnificent ambiente, which emphasizes the regional but extremely refreshing character of the ditches and at the same time represents the city of leipzig. a great consulting regarding the matching weine and perfect service in general rounded off the visit. our Chinese guests were thrilled and the entire stay in the hearts house in möckern was highly recommended. a true experience.
Always trying to bring foreign business partners to special kind, we tried the residency with our Iranian guests and did not regret it - the service perfect, the kitchen fresh and original - it was an absolute experience for us and our partners. a return is just a question of time. the flexibility of the kitchen, it does not always have to be gay.
The food in the restaurant "the distillery" in the herrenhaus möckern on the 2nd Christmas holiday 2015 was very good, the service was overwhelmed. unfortunately I accept my license and therefore despise when I have to drive consistently on alcohol. that no alcohol-free wine beer is offered - gifted. there was clausthaler classic. Even in almati I got a beer glass. I found the red wine glass to the clausthaler in need of reconciliation, but still booked it on "art des hauses". the second bottle clausthaler I shouldn't have ordered. the beer edge in red wine glass has now been hardened (a peculiar clausthaler). there was no new glass. for this time there was clausthaler extra herb. Unfortunately, I looked at the bottle more closely after I almost had the clausthaler extra herb. the mhd reads: 11/2015. the beer was certainly not spoiled, but I felt in the upscale gastronomy... Unfortunately, I had left the table short. my mother-in-law then pointed me to the surpassed mhd joyfully.The mother-in-law had waived the dessert when selecting the menu. when my dessert (fired cream of good cream and mandling / ragout of spicy/ vanilla ice cream) came, the service power has decided to serve me only the smooth burned cream of good cream and mandling. the teller with the ragout of spicy and the vanilleeis got my mother-in-law. only after she tried, she remembered not having ordered dessert. Unfortunately too late.As the burned cream has tasted good cream and mangle, I cannot say. because I had no teller, I had to think: where do I lay off the long spoon? it just remained the table. Should I have been upset? I've already had the discussion on the side table. pity for the good work of the kitchen! I couldn't really enjoy it.
Tja, the evaluation is full of my heart. with regard to cooking, perhaps less, I found something very exceptional in a positive view, but apart from that, there is something in the aerial.
